On May 21, People's Committee of Ha Giang Province issued Decision No. 949/QD-UBND on monitoring plan of law enforcement in the province.
This plan issued in order to implement effective Decree No. 59/2012/ND-CP dated 23/7/2012 of the Government on the implementation of the monitoring law review and assessment of the state of competition legislation within the province; timely detection of problems and obstacles and shortcomings in law enforcement practices, affect the rights and legitimate interests of the business, people and to suggest the measures to improve the efficiency of law enforcement and improve the legal system.
The Plan’s major content is organized a professional training Conference of monitoring to law enforcement officials, civil servants, Judiciary officials at provincial, district and commune and staffs of legal departments branches in provincial institutions to monitor the enforcement of the law in areas under the jurisdiction of the provincial People's Committee.
