On May 08, Congressional Delegation had a meeting with the provincial People's Committee of Nghe An province to monitor the implementation of the law. Attending at the meeting were Mr Pham Van Tan - Deputy Head of provincial parliamentarians, Mr. Thai Van Hang - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee and representatives from the departments who concerned.
As reported by the Department of Justice, law enforcement situation in Nghe An province recently had positive changes, the promulgation of legal documents, the dissemination variables were legal education at all levels and sectors performed regularly, initially effective, contributing to raising awareness of law enforcement officials and the people.
Based on the inspection results, Director of the Justice Department has concluded inspection notice, request the competent authorities to promptly suspend, annul, cancel, modify or supplement the original documents were unlawful act, the documents thoroughly treated with illegal content.
