Welcome Deputy Minister Jeong Boo JE to Vietnam, Deputy Minister Lien affirmed that the legal and judicial cooperation between two Ministries has gained positve results. In the coming time, two sides should further promote the effectiveness of legal co-operation to match the strategic partnership between the two countries.
As for his part, Deputy Minister Jeong Boo JE emphasized the increasing activities on cultural, economic and commercial exchanges between Vietnam and South Korea arises lots of legal issues which need solving. Therefore, two sides should enhance the legal and judicial cooperation to support and promote the activities of investment, commerce and civil exchanges between two countries’ peoples and enterprises.
Two sides also exchanged views on a number of matters relating to the organisation of Asian Forum of Legislative Information Affairs (AFOLIA), Vietnam and South Korea laws on foreign investment, the 2013 Cooperation Program and the implementation of MoU between two Ministries.
