Minister of Justice to visit three European countries

On September 22, the Ministry of Justice’s delegation led by Minister Ha Hung Cuong land to Ireland to kick off its working visit to the Republic of Ireland, Netherlands and Hessen State (Germany).

The visit aims to establish the legal and judicial cooperation with Ireland, Netherlands and several international organisations having headquarters in Netherlands as well as to further enhance the legal cooperation with Hessen State, which was established in 2010.

In Ireland, Vietnamese Ministry of Justice plans to sign two cooperative documents with Irish Department of Justice and Equality and the central Adoption Authority.

During the time in Netherlands, besides establishing the cooperative relation with the Dutch Ministry of Justice, the visit takes the ocassion to seek the cooperations with international institutions such as: the Permanent Court of Abitration, International Court of Justice, The Hague Academy of International Law.

Meanwhile, the visit to Hessen State helps to improve the legal cooperation and further exchange experiences between two sides.
