On the occasion of attending the 2nd Asian Forum of Legislative Information Affairs in Korea, on behalf of the Ministry of Justice, Deputy Minister Le Thanh Long and Korean Minister of Government Legislation Hon Jeong Sun-tae on June 28, 2012 signed the MoU between Vietnamese Ministry of Justice and Korean Ministry of Government Legislation.The signing ceremony was held at Korea International Exhibition Center.
The MoU aims at boosting cooperation between the two Ministries in exchanging experiences in legal building and perfection, codification of the legal system, improving the capabilities for legal staff and other contents of mutual concerns.
Addressing at the ceremony, Mr Jeong Sun-tae was glad that the MoU was signed to create the foundation for boosting cooperation between the two Ministries. Deputy Minister Le Thanh Long emphasized the importance of the MoU and considered it as the first official legal basis for the mutual cooperation between Vietnamese Ministry of Justice and Korean Ministry of Government Legislation. He hoped that the MoU will further enhance the cooperation in the legal field between two Ministries and two nations.
