Signing Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Vietnam’s Ministries of Justice
Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong and his Kazakhstan counterpart Rashid Tussupbekov on October 31 had a meeting and signed the memorandum of cooperation between two Ministries of Justice.
At the meeting, Mr. Tussupbekov thanked Minister Ha Hung Cuong for initiating the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the two sides. He affirmed that this MOU and the legal assistance Agreement in civil matters between the two countries signed on October 31 would create a legal basis to protect the rights of citizens and legal entities in each country.

For his part, Minister Ha Hung Cuong promised that Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice would make efforts to realize the good prospects for cooperation between two sides.

Two Ministers then signed a memorandum of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Vietnam’s Ministries of Justice. The signing of the memorandum has opened up the possibility of strengthening legal cooperation between two Ministries of Justice.

The MOU is needed for two sides to exchange experiences on the legal formulation and implementation and raise the professional capacity of legal officials. The agreement will set out programs and plans of cooperation between two ministries and become effective upon the signing./.-ITD
