At the meeting, Minister Ha Hung Cuong affirmed that Vietnam always saw Japan as an important dialogue partner. In the legal and judicial fields, Japanese partners, especially JICA, have effectively supported Vietnam in building and perfecting its legal system. The Minister took the occasion to thank Japanese Government and People for their goodwill assistance to Vietnam and expressed the hope that bilateral cooperation would become stronger.
Mr. Sengoku Yoshito thanked the Minister for his kind words and promised to further contribute to the two countries' cooperation. He said that building the rule-of- law State and transparency of the civil relations were the goals that Vietnam was trying to achieve, this raised heavy tasks for the Ministry and Sector of Justice in the coming time./.-ITD
