Mr V.M.Lebedev, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federal, highly appreciated the Minister’s working visit . At the meeting, two sides exchanged views and shared experiences on the new points in the apparatus organization and activities of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federal since the issuance of 1993 Constitution as well as the relations between the Supreme Court of Russian Federal and State Duma, President, the Government and the Procuracy.
At Moscow State Legal Academy, the delegation of Ministry of Justice was warmly welcomed by the leaders, lecturers and students of the Academy. Minister Ha Hung Cuong expressed the hope that the meeting would open a new chapter in the training cooperation between Moscow State Legal Academy and Vietnamese Judicial Academy, Hanoi Law University and other legal training institutions in Vietnam. Mr Blajeev Vikto Vladimirovich, Rector of Moscow State Legal Academy, affirmed that the Academy highly spoke of the Minister’s proposal and hoped that it would soon receive the trainees from Vietnam.
As scheduled, Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong will meet with Rector of MGIMO on May 18 to discuss and exchange matters on enhancing the cooperation between MGIMO and Vietnamese legal training institutions./-ITD
