* Circular 19/2014/TT-BLDTBXH which guides the implementation of some articles of the Government’s Decree 27/2014/ND-CP on charperson shall come into force October 5, 2014.
* Circular 09/2014/TT-BTTT dated August 19, 2014 on management, provision and usage of information of websites and social networks shall take force since October 3, 2014.
* Circular No. 11/2014/TT-BXD on publishing information on construction capability of entities engaged in construction. This Circular takes effenct on December 10, 2014. It shall replace the Decision No. 02/2008/QĐ-BXD dated February 20, 2008 of the Minister of Construction providing for managing the disclosure of information on construction capability of the construction entities on the website of the Ministry of Construction.
* Circular No. 21/2014/TT-NHNN dated August 14, 2014 providing guidance on scope of foreign exchange transactions, requirements and procedures for permitting foreign exchange transactions of credit institutions, branches of foreign banks. This Circular shall take effects from October 15, 2014.
* Circular 128/2014/TT-BTC on decreasing PIT for individuals working in economic zones shall come into force on October 20, 2014.
* Circular No. 24/2014/TT-NHNN dated September 06, 2014 provides instructions on certain contents pertaining to the deposit insurance. This Circular comes into effect from October 24, 2014.
