Crime prevention fund is formed from other sources included Vietnamese currency, foreign currency, proceeds from the auction of assets, facilities and exhibits obtained (except for narcotics and the exhibits to be destroyed in accordance with regulations); grants, support of other agencies, organizations and individuals at home land and abroad for active fight against crime, drug prevention and other legal resource mobilization as provisions of the law.
The level of crime prevention funds be distributed as follows: 30% bonus to the unit and individuals direct access to catch criminals, detection, investigation, prosecution and trial of serious cases, very serious, especially serious; deduct 30% for the central crime prevention fund; deduct 40% for provincial crime prevention fund, the people's Court where the trial of first instance.
Provincial People's Committee is responsible for management, administration, use, and payment and settlement funds; coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Finance in examining the management and use of funds for crime prevention of the province.
This Decision will take effect from the date of December 20, 2012.
