Attending at the seminar were Mr. Dang Dinh Luyen, deputy chairman of the Law Committee under the National Assembly, former Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Quy Ty, representatives of ministries, central sectors... Justice Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung, Director of the Office of legislative Development project in Vietnam Vilandre Isabeau, the Director of General Affairs in Legal Development Department Nguyen Hong Tuyen co-chaired the seminar.
The project will support the development documents, as well as offer new approaches related to the legislative process, through which the Government of Vietnam to help mapping the legislative process, limiting the "design plans during construction" in development law.
The participants of the seminar also introduced a large number orientation of law on legal normative documents. Therefore, that the purpose of the enactment is to create a common legal framework, uniformly from the central to the local level for the promulgation of legal documents, associated with the process of finalizing the legal system and organization law enforcement officials, to build and operate the unified legal system, asynchronous, transparent, feasible, accessible, effective and efficient, contributing to boosting economic development construction market State of law in the socialist period of industrialization and modernization.
