Efficiently continuing to deploy National Legislation Development Project

On April 29th, the Ministry of Justice and the Embassy of Canada organized the National Legislation Development Project Steering committee meeting with the charing of Deputy Minister of Justice Nguyen Khanh Ngoc and Vice Director of Cooperation of Canada Ministry of Diplomatic.
In the first year of the 2nd phase (2015-2016), the Project continued to efficiently support the preparation of  the 2015 Law on Legal normative document Promulgation passing. Along with supporting the construction of guiding Decree, the partners and the project have deployed activities to build new tools, guidance and criteria in order to carry out a more advance legislation procedure.
In the second year of the 2nd phase (2016-2017), the partners and the project commit to focus on effective law enforcement. The parties will also join force to review, prepare for the selected pilot specialized law of the project and build a intelligible, effective, equal legal system.
The 3rd Project Steering Committee Meeting was not only the summary of the Project in the 2015-2016 fiscal year but also the groudwork to consider and pass through the 2016-2017 fiscal year Plan and Operation Budget.
