On 16 July 2016, the Ministry of Justice celebrated the 70th founding anniversary of the Civil Judgment Enforcement and received the first class Labor Order.
Mr. Tran Dai Quang, Politburo member, State President, Head of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform, Mr. Truong Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Uong Chu Luu, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court and leaders and former leaders of ministries, ministerial level agencies and localities attended to the ceremony. As for the Ministry of Justice, Minister Le Thanh Long, Deputy Ministers, former Deputy Ministers, leaders of General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, heads of attached units and provincial-level civil judgment enforcement agencies also participated in the ceremony.
In a solemn moment of celebration, the General Director of General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Hoang Sy Thanh proudly mentioned the glorious achievements of 70 years of construction and growth of the civil judgment enforcement system. In which, institution for civil judgment enforcement was basically completed; civil judgment enforcement result has been increasing towards the sustainability, basically meeting targets set by the National Assembly and the Government. What is more, organizational structure and apparatus of civil judgment enforcement system have constantly strengthened with 8 units directly attached to the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, 63 provincial-level civil judgment enforcement agencies and 710 district level civil judgment enforcement agencies nationwide. In addition, the collaboration with central and local relevant agencies has been improved, contributing to the high result of this activity. Facilities and infrastructure, especially offices and warehouses of civil judgment enforcement agencies have been improved.
With these achievements, the civil judgment enforcement system has directly protected the strictness of the law, ensured interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals, contributing to maintaining political security, social order and safety, promoting socio-economic development of the State in general and localities in particular. On this occasion, on behalf of leaders of the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, and all public servants and workers of the civil judgment enforcement system, the Director General Hoang Sy Thanh expressed his deepest gratitude to leaders, former leaders of the Party, the State, the Ministry of Justice for their leadership and direction. He also thanked for the close cooperation of ministries, ministerial level agencies and localities, and the valuable support of the People to the activity of the system. He also sincerely appreciated generations of public servants and officials of the Justice sector and the civil judgment enforcement system, who devoted for the work of the system during 70 years of construction and development.
Praising the great effort and tremendous achievements of the civil judgment enforcement system, and its public servants and officials, State President Tran Dai Quang awarded the first class Labor Order for the system. Speaking at the ceremony, President Tran Dai Quang said civil judgment enforcement has contributed to the strict discipline of law. He asked the sector to closely follow the Party guidelines and State policy to strengthen socialist legislation and justice. He requested relevant agencies to review regulations to ensure consensus, corporate, and feasibility of legal documents and enhance legal communications to the public.
On behalf of the Party Affair Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Justice, Minister Le Thanh Long seriously absorbed the direction of the State President and promised to thoroughly grasp to the whole Justice sector and the civil judgment enforcement system. Minister affirmed that the civil judgment enforcement system in particular and the whole Justice sector in general will unite and concentrate all resources to complete at the highest level of targets of civil judgment enforcement set by the National Assembly and the Government. Moreover, the Sector will emphasize on implement the Resolution of the National Assembly on the implementation of bailiffs nationwide.
The Minister also expected to continue receiving the direction of the leaders of the Party and the State; the closer coordinate of the Supreme People's Court, Supreme People's Procuracy, ministries, ministerial level and central agencies, local agencies and the People to lift the activity of civil judgment enforcement to a higher achievement, contributing to building the socialist rule-of-law State./.
