Review the emulation movement of Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement agencies in the Northern Plains: to innovate the quality of emulation and commendation
On November 8, in Nam Dinh province, Ministry of Justice held a conference reviewing the emulation movement of Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement agencies in the Northern Plains. Attending the conference were Deputy Minister of Justice Pham Quy Ty, Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh provincial People's Committee Bui Duc Long and leaders from Departments of Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement of 12 provinces in Northern Delta.
According to the conference report, the emulation in the region has created a powerful force encouraging and motivating staff, public officials and employees in promoting the Sector’s traditions, raising the sense of responsibilities and overcoming difficulties to successfully fulfill the key tasks in 2011.

Acknowledging the above results, Deputy Minister Pham Quy Ty evaluated that the emulation of the sector has been gradually renewed. The units and agencies have made efforts to overcome difficulties, actively organised emulation movements with practical content and adherence to requirements, contributing to improve the quality and effectiveness in various working areas.

The Conference then chosed the individuals and collectives with excellent achievements to suggest for honor and reward.

Also in the program of visiting and working in Nam Dinh province, Deputy Minister Pham Quy Ty had working sessions with Nam Dinh provincial Department of Justice and Enforcement of Civil Judgments./.-ITD
