Minister Ha Hung Cuong successfully concluded his working visit to Quang Binh province
On June 11-13, Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong has attended the Review Conference for the elections of the 13th National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2011-2016 term as well as the live television program titled "Discovering the Magnificent Beauty of the Caves" on the occasion of Quang Binh Culture - Tourism Week 2011.
At the conference reviewing the election work of the 13th National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2011-2016 term, Mr Luong Ngoc Binh, Secretary of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of People’s Council and Head of the provincial Election Steering Board, highlighted the gained results.

According to the election results announced by the Quang Binh provincial Election Committee, the province had a total voter turnout of 99.42% and, notably, 100% of registered voters in 123 out of 159 communes and wards cast their ballots on Election Day. Statistics show that six deputies were elected to the 13th NA, 50 deputies to the provincial People's Council, 148 deputies to the district People's Council and 3,947 deputies to the People's Councils at commune level.

On this occasion, 27 teams and 33 individuals with outstanding achievements in the election work of the 13th National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2011-2016 term were given the Certificates of merit of provincial Chairman.  The Conference also withdrew limitations, shortcomings and experiences on election works in Quang Binh - a province with complex terrain and lots of remote, mountainous, ethnic communes - in the coming years.

On June 13, Minister Ha Hung Cuong and Justice Ministry’s working delegation visited and donated  VND 200 million to support the 7th sub-region in Nam Ly ward , Dong Hoi city in rebuilding its Cultural House. The Judicial Publishing House also awarded more than 200 legal books serving the reading demand of the local people./.-ITD
