Vietnam Bar Federation (VBF) and the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam has signed coordinating regulationTo strengthen cooperation between Vietnam Bar Federation (VBF) and the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam (SPPV) in performing functions, duties and powers of each authority as prescribed by law, SPPV and VBF on June 7 signed coordinating regulation. VBF and SPPV will have cooperation on various activities of legal proceedings, law building, scientific research and training, fostering, international cooperation. Accordingly, VBF and SPPV will regularly inform each other about the difficulties and obstacles in the process of performing the function, duties, powers and obligations of each party involving the coordination to solve instantly. Once a year, SPPV and VBF alternately hosted a meeting to discuss issues relating to the coordination, evaluate and implement the coordinating relations between two agencies.VBF’s Chairman Le Thuc Anh and SPPV’s Director Tran Quoc Vuong expressed their hopes to strictly implement the Regulation, contributing to implementation of the functions and duties of each party under law, the efficiency and effectiveness in protecting the rights of citizens… as well as to the development of the country in the process of judicial reform and building the socialist rule-of-law State./.-ITD

To strengthen cooperation between Vietnam Bar Federation (VBF) and the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam (SPPV) in performing functions, duties and powers of each authority as prescribed by law, SPPV and VBF on June 7 signed coordinating regulation.
