Ministry of Justice’s activities in brief in mid-October

1. On October 17-19, Ministry of Justice’s delegation led by Minister Ha Hung Cuong paid a working visit to Gia Lai and Dak Lak provinces. The delegation worked with the provincial Party Committees, People’s Committees, People’s Councils and provincial judicial agencies on judicial work and civil judgment enforcement.

2. On October 18-19, Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung had working sessions with judicial agencies in Binh Dinh and Phu Yen provinces. Meanwhile, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duc Chinh worked with Binh Phuoc People’s Committee, Department of Justice and Department of Civil Judgment enforcement on judicial work.

3. On the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day (October 20), Ministry of Justice’s Trade Union organized a talk about reproductive health and measures of cancer detection and prevention. During the talk, Prof. Dr. Tran Thi Ngoc Toan- former Head of reproductive Department under Military Central Hospital No 108 exchanged views and answered all the questions on the related matters.

4. On October 20, Ministry of Justice’s leaders had a working session with Child Adoption Department on the content of the draft Decree detailing and guiding the implementation of Child Adoption Law.

5. Also on the same day, the Assessment Council  convened and discussed the draft Circular guiding the implementation of Decree No 17/ 2010/ ND-CP of Government on property auction.

6. Ministry of Justice, on October 21,  organized a meeting with deputies of the 12th National Assembly working in the Justice Sector on the occasion of the eighth session of the 12th National Assembly. On behalf of Ministry’s leaders, Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung reported to deputies on Ministry’s recently major activities, especially focusing on the draft laws which would be submitted at the 8th session./.-ITD
