On December 19th, Vice Minister Nguyen Khanh Ngoc received Ms. Tsukabe Takako – Chief Consultant of the JICA Project in Viet Nam – to discuss matters of mutual interest.
In the courtesy call, Vice Minister Nguyen Khanh Ngoc highly valued the cooperation between Viet Nam and Japan in the legal and judicial fields, the center of which is the JICA project – a long-term project with a great number of significant results. Congratulating Ms. Tsukabe Takako on her new assignment as the Chief Consultant of the JICA Project in Viet Nam since October 2017, Vice Minister Nguyen Khanh Ngoc expressed the willingness of the Ministry of Justice in supporting and cooperating with Ms. Takako on her assignment as well as in bringing about promising results to the cooperation between Viet Nam and Japan in the upcoming time.
Extending her sincere thanks to Vice Minister Nguyen Khanh Ngoc for his warm welcome, Ms. Tsukabe Takako – Chief Consultant of JICA project in Viet Nam – showed her high interest in identifying cooperation fields with Viet Nam after the year 2020 to come up with necessary and important activities which would harness the potentials of both Sides in order to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of cooperation activities.
Both Sides also discussed other matters of mutual interest including assessing the cooperation activities in the past few years, identifying the cooperation focus in the upcoming time and improving the effectiveness of law implementation in Viet Nam.
