Singing of a Cooperation Program for the Period 2013 – 2014 between the Ministry of Justice of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation On May 14, 2013, in Moscow, in witness of the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Nguyen Tan Dung and the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Medvedev D. A., Vice-Minister of Vietnam’s Ministry of Justice Le Hong Son and Vice-Minister of Russia’s Ministry of Justice Travnikov M. A. has singed a Coordination Program for the Period 2013 – 2014 between the Ministry of Justice of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.The conclusion of this Coordination Program is to concretize the commitments under the Coordination Agreement singed in 2010 by the Ministry of Justice of Russia and the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam and to strengthen cooperation in legal and justice areas between the two ministries, whereby to contributing to promote the entire strategic partner relations between Vietnam and RussiaFor the period 2013 – 2014, based the results achieved in the recent years, the Ministry of Justice of Russia and the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam wish to see that cooperation activities will be implemented in a more realistic and effective way. More delegations of legal officials and experts will be sent to Russia and Vietnam in order to exchange experience ondevelopment and implementation of laws and regulations, state management in the legal and justice areas, such as: experience in drafting the Criminal Code and Criminal Procedure Code, reform of criminal judgment’s execution system, administration of the legal profession, including lawyer’s and notary’s activities, legal aid and legal dissemination, training of legal experts and other matters of concern of the two sides.
