Dr. Hoang Ngoc Thinh, Deputy Director of the Personnel and Organization Department on 16th February 2012 had a meeting with Professor Caslav Pejovic from Kyushu University, Japan on the occasion of his working visit to Vietnam.

Delivering speech at the meeting, Dr. Hoang Ngoc Thinh expressed his gratitude to Professor Caslav Pejovic for his visit to the Ministry of Justice. He highly appreciated Japan’s assistance particularly the Kyushu University through the Young Leaders Programme (YLP) to the Ministry of Justice in the latter’s training of key and senior officials.
Professor Caslav Pejovic highly appreciated the participation of the MOJ officials in the YLP in Kyushu University and were happy to witness the success of the YLP Programme through a number of Kyushu University alumni who are now holding senior positions in the Ministry of Justice, which has indicated the very effective and fruitful co-operation between Kyushu University and the Ministry of Justice. Professor believed that cooperation should be further blossomed in the coming time.
For future co-operation between the Ministry of Justice and Kyushu University, Dr. Hoang Ngoc Thinh requested the Government of Japan, especially Kyushu University, to expand their co-operation in the human resource training with the Government of Vietnam, especially the Ministry of Justice, by means of providing more scholarships to the MOJ officials; inviting MOJ officials to attending short-term training courses in Japan; strengthening the co-operation between Japanese universities and Vietnamese law training institutions in Vietnam; promoting exchange of scholars and experts between the Ministry of Justice and Kyushu University. Professor Caslav Pejovic also shared with Dr. Hoang Ngoc Thinh’s view.
Dr. Hoang Ngoc Thinh wished Professor Caslav Pejovic a successful visit to Vietnam and were willing to see that the co-operation between Vietnam and Japan, and between the Ministry of Justice and Kyushu University will be further developed./. A.T
