1. Decree No. 128/2014/ND-CP of the Government dated 31 December 2014 on selling and transferring 100% State-owned enterprises. The Decree took effect since 1 March 2015.
2. Decree No. 03/2015/ND-CP of the Government dated 6 January 2015 which covers regulations to calculate damages caused to the environment and liabilities to compensate for the damages. The Decree came into effect since 1 March 2015.
3. Decree No. 05/2015/ND-CP of the Government dated 12 January 2015 detailed implementation of some of articles of the Labor Code, covering issues related to labor contract, collective negotiation, wages, labor discipline, labor disputes among others. The Decree came into effect as from 1 March 2015.

6. Decree No. 09/2015/ND-CP of the Government dated 22 January 2015 on adjustment of pension salary, social insurance allowance, and monthly allowance applicable to cadres at communal level. The Decree will come into effect as from 10 March 2015.
7. Decree No. 08/2015/ND-CP of the Government dated 21January 2015 guiding customs procedures, inspection, supervision and control, which provides the application of the priority regime in the State management of customs to eligible businesses. The Decree will take effect since 15 March 2015.
8. Decree No. 10/2015/ND-CP of the Government dated 28 January 2015 providing for in-vitro fertilization and conditions for surrogacy for humanitarian purposes. The Decree will come into effect as from 15 March 2015.
9. Decision No. 02/2015/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated 7 January 2015 on seafaring benefits for fishery control officers and crewmembers on fishery control vessels. The Decision came into effect as from 1 March 2014.
10. Decision No. 01/2015/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated 7 January 2015 on amending and supplementing the Decision 22/2009/QD-TTg dated 16 February 2009 of the Prime Minister approving the planning for radio and television wave transmission through 2020. The Decision will take effect since 15 March 2015
11. Decision No. 04/2015/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated 20 January 2015 on safety control regulation in petroleum activities. The Decision will take effect since 16 March 2015.
12. Circular No. 22/2014/TT-BTTTT of the Ministry of Information and Communications dated 22 December 2014 on telecommunication number storages. Under the document, area codes for fixed lines of provinces and centrally-governed cities shall be changed since 1 March 2015./.
