Notably, Decree No.77/2012/ND-CP instead be sent up to 5 e-mail advertising messages as the old regulations, the Decree shall not be allowed to send more than one e-mail advertising campaigns similar content to an email address within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed with the recipient.
At the same time, there not be allowed to send more than one message advertising with content similar to a phone number within 24 hours and only allowed to send in the period from 7 am to 22 pm every day except otherwise agreed with the recipient.
