Addressing at the Dialogue, Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien said that Vietnam’s justice sector has gained positive changes after 7 years of implementing the Resolution No 49-NQ/TW and the strategy on judicial reform toward 2020. Of which, the system of People’s courts has had changes in solving the cases. However, to achieve the fundamental changes in judicial reform, it needs to have reforms in the organisation and operation of the court system following the Resolution No 49.
