The Ministry of Justice held the 2016 2nd Quarter press conference

On July 7th, Deputy Minister of Justice cum Chief of Staff, Spokesman of the Ministry of Justice Tran Tien Dung chaired the 2016 2nd Quarter judicial work press conference.
The judicial work of the 2nd Quarter and the first 6 months of 2016 received many positive results
At the press conference, Deputy Minister Tran Tien Dung informed that during the 2nd Quarter and the first 6 months of 2016, the Ministry of Justice has strongly promoted the documents building work. Up to June 30th 2016, the Government, the Prime Minister, Ministries and Ministerial-level agencies have promulgated 73 out of 169 guiding documents that have been and will be effective from July 1st 2016.
The civil judgement execution service in the first 8 months of 2016 (from October 1st 2015 to May 31st 2016) have accomplished notifying results, which include: completely resolved 296,041 cases, rated 56.22% and completely resolved more than 14,083,361,000,000 VND out of all the cases that are ready to be executed, rated 14.00%.
Clearly identify the responsibilities of administrative judgement execution agencies
About Circular 71/2016/ND-CP dated 1 July 2016 by the Government on the deadlines, procedures, proceedings of administrative judgement execution and the handling of unexecuted administrative judgement, Deputy Minister Tran Tien Dung said that because of the special characteristics of administrative judgement execution, the Guiding Circular has to regulate the administrative judgement execution proceedings to follow the “self execution” system instead of executing through a third independence judgement execution organizations like civil judgement execution.
The Ministry of Justice is assigned to lead and cooperate with relating Ministries, agencies to help the Prime Minister inspect and supervise the administrative judgement execution service; report and propose in the event of handling people who carry the judgements.
Continue completing the regulations about business investment condition
Director of the Department of Civil – Economic Law Nguyen Thanh Tu confirmed that the Ministry of Justice has correctly and completely implement its responsibilities in evaluating, commenting the Circular drafts. He also said that after the Circular has been promulgated, the Ministry of Justice will still continue to review the regulations and propose amendments if necessary to ensure the completion of the regulations about business investment conditions, which create a liberal and convenient legal environment of enterprises.
