1. The Ministry of Justice has made efforts to help the political system to implement the 2013 Constitution;
2. The National Assembly adopted the Law on Civil Status, making a breakthrough on civil status institution, and creating a basis for civil status registration and management reforms in particular and population management reform in general;
3. It was the first time that the Ministry of Justice had been assigned as a legal representation for the Government in international investment cases and the Ministry successfully defended 2 consecutive cases;
4. The Ministry of Justice ranked in a leading group of applying information technology;
5. The pilot institutions on bailiffs have stably implemented in 12 expanded provinces and centrally-run cities;
6. An important step in notary institution was taken towards the faster socialization, better meeting requirements of individuals and organizations in civil transactions;
7. It was the first time that the activity of drafting legal normative documents of the Government, the Prime Minister and ministerial levels had been discussed by the National Assembly;
8. The Department of Administrative Handling Management and Law Implementation Monitoring was established;
9. Administrative procedure reforms were promoted, making a breakthrough for socio-economic and welfare development;
10. The Ministry of Justice had 3 high-ranking officials named for position rotation.
