Gathering comments for Justice Ministry’s draf report on draft amendment of 1992 Constitution
Ministry of Justice held a conference on 15 March 2013 to collect comments for Justice Ministry’s draf report on the draft amendment of the Constitution in 1992. Minister Ha Hung Cuong attended and chaired the event.

Addressing at the conference, Minister Cuong affirmed that the Constitution is the foundational law of the State; an important legal, political document, representing the democratic nature and progress of the state and the regime. He highly spoke of the intellectual, awareness and responsibilities of all Ministry’s staff and leaders in giving their comments to draft amendment of 1992 Constitution.

Up to present, the Ministry has received the reports summarizing results of gathering comments to draft amendment of 1992 Constitution from 34 agencies under the Ministry, 58 provincial and municipal Departments of Justice, 60 provincial Departments of civil judgement enforcement and other 19 Ministries’ legal agencies.

The Ministry’ draft report has totally acknowledged and synthesized 172 opinions from agencies and departments as well as 1570 opinions of individuals.

The draft report will continue to be perfected in the coming time.
