Repealing a number of the Government’s legal documents
The Government issued Decree No. 107/2024/ND-CP dated August 20, 2024 repealing a number of the Government’s legal documents.
Accordingly, these repealed legal documents include:
1. Decree No. 78-CP dated June 18, 1997 of the Government regulating army badges, rank stripes, formal military uniforms, military flags, control rank badges, service plates, pennants, and identify papers of the Border Guard Force.
2. Decree No. 103/2002/ND-CP dated December 17, 2002 of the Government stipulating compensation and subsidy regimes for individuals, families, agencies and organizations participating in drug prevention and control suffering damage to life, health and property.
3. Decree No. 04/2003/ND-CP dated January 16, 2003 of the Government regulating commendation applicable to individuals, families, agencies and organizations with achievements in drug prevention and control.
4. Decree No. 18/2005/ND-CP dated February 24, 2005 of the Government regulating the establishment, organization and operation of mutual support insurance organizations.
5. Decree No. 120/2007/ND-CP dated July 23, 2007 of the Government guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Youth Law.
6. Decree No. 30/2009/ND-CP dated March 30, 2009 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 105/2004/ND-CP dated March 30, 2004 of the Government on independent audit.
7. Decree No. 01/2011/ND-CP dated January 05, 2011 of the Government, prescribing the issuance of government bonds, government-guaranteed bonds and municipal bonds.
8. Decree No. 16/2011/ND-CP dated February 22, 2011 of the Government on amending and supplementing Decree No. 105/2004/ND-CP dated March 30, 2004 of the Government on independent audit.
9. Decree No. 78/2017/ND-CP dated July 3, 2017 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 120/2007/ND-CP dated July 23, 2007 of the Government guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Youth Law.
10. Decree No. 161/2018/ND-CP dated November 29, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of regulations on recruitment of civil servants and public employees, promotion of civil servants to higher ranks, promotion of public employees to higher ranks and implementation of contract regime for certain types of work in state administrative agencies and public non-business units.
This Decree takes effect on August 20, 2024.
