2. Decree No. 23/2014/ND-CP of the Government dated 3 April 2014 provides for the charter on organization and operation of the National Fund for Science and Technology Development. The Decree comes into effect as from 1 June 2014.
3. Decree No. 26/2014/ND-CP of the Government dated 7 April 2014 provides for organization and operation of inspection and supervisory of the banking sector. The Decree comes into effect as from 1 June 2014.
4. Decree No. 31/2014/ND-CP of the Government dated 18 April 2014 comes into effect as from 15 June 2014 detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Residence.
5. Decree No. 37/2014/ND-CP of the Government dated 5 May 2014 provides for specialized divisions of district-level People’s Committees. The Decree comes into effect as from 20 June 2014.
6. Decree No. 39/2014/ND-CP of the Government dated 7 May 2014 provides for operations of financial company and financial leasing company. The Decree comes into effect as from 25 June 2014.
7. Decision No. 28/2014/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated 7 April 2014 provides for the structure of electricity’s retail prices. The Decision comes into effect as from 1 June 2014.

Decision No. 29/2014/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated 26 April 2014 provides for credit for households and people living with HIV, drug users who have been detoxified, persons who have treatment of opiate addiction with substitution drugs and prostitutes bettering their conduct. The Decision comes into effect as from 15 June 2014.
9. Circular No. 15/2014/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security dated 4 April 2014 provides for vehicle registration. The Circular comes into effect as from 1 June 2014.
10. Circular No. 39/2014/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance dated 31 March 2014 comes into effect as from 1 June 2014 guiding the implementation of Decree No. 51/2010/ND-CP dated 14 May 2010 and Decree No. 04/2014/ND-CP dated 17 January 2014 providing for bills for goods sales and service providing.
11. Circular No. 48/2014/TT-BTC the Ministry of Finance dated 22 April 2014 comes into effect as from 10 June 2014 guiding the extension of the payment deadline of land use fees and money for purchasing state-owned housing under Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP dated 2 May 2014 of the Government.
12. Decision No. 1079/QD-BTC of the Ministry of Finance dated 20 May 2014 applying measures to stabilize prices of milk products for children under the age of 6. The Decision comes into effect as from 1 June 2014.
