Rendering Support for people with meritorious services to the revolution in housingPrime Minister issued Decision No. 22/2013/QD-TTg dated 26/04/2013, on rendering support to people with meritorious services to the revolution in improving their housing conditions.According to this Decision support Households are households who have contributed to the revolution was the competent authority to recognize the state budget support (including the central budget and local budgets) will support 40 million VND/household for the case must be demolished to build new houses, supporting 20 million VND/household for the case to fix the frame, walls and replace roof. It supports the following principles to ensure they are supported, households build new houses or repair, upgrade housing already, make sure to use a minimum area of 30m2, ensuring "03 hard" (hard surface, frame-wall hard, hard roof).Under this decision in 2013 period, the People's Committees of provinces and cities directly under the central government have finished the basic implementation of housing assistance for 71,000 households who have contributed to the revolution.>
This Decision takes effect as from 15/6/2013.
