Accordingly, the dossier for registration of personal income tax includes:
(i) A PIT registration form,
(ii) A copy of the valid Identity Card or Passport (no notarization is required). The time limit for issuance of tax code is 3 days if the dossier is lodged at the Tax Department or 5 days in the event of submission at the Branch of the Tax Department, counting from the receipt of a full and valid dossier.
The Circular shall take effect on 20 December 2010.
