Strengthening Access to Justice and Protection of Rights in Viet Nam

The project “Strengthening Access to Justice and Protection of Rights in Viet Nam” is an UNDP-supported project and executed by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and other co-implementing agencies. The project has been launched 27 November 2009 with the duration of five years. The project aims to strengthen access to justice and protection of rights in Viet Nam, with technical assistance to the MOJ and other partners to realize the country’s priorities in the process of legal and judicial reform.

Under the UNDP-funded Project “Strengthening Access to Justice and Protection of Rights in Viet Nam”, in 2011, reviewing, diagnosing overlap and contradiction in laws on human rights, to strengthen the synchronism and unification of the laws; and to recommend the amendment and supplement of related legal documents will be carried out by sub-component Department of International Law, Ministry of Justice. The objective of the study is as follows:

To support the Ministry of Justice to make a Report on reviewing, diagnosing overlap and contradiction in laws on human rights, to strengthen the synchronism and unification of the laws; and to recommend the amendment and supplement of related legal documents.

Recruitment of National Consultant to conduct reviewing, diagnosing overlap and contradiction in laws on human rights, to strengthen the synchronism and unification of the laws; and to recommend the amendment and supplement of related legal documents.
