On December29, Ministry of Justice held a "Conference Drafting Committee and Editorial Projects Civil Status Law." After announcing the decision established the Drafting Committee and the Law Project Editorial Team, participants agreed to focus discussion on the working regulations, draft plan and discussed the working Regulation on the building Law orientation.

Attending the meeting were Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien; Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung, Secretary of the Ministry’s Party Committee; Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry’s Party Committee; Deputy Minister Pham Quy Ty; Deputy Minister Le Hong Son; Mr. Nguyen Duy Lam, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ministry’s Party Executive Committee and representatives from Party committee of the central agencies.
The first dialogue on security transaction registration

Within the project " Strengthening Access to Justice and Protection of Rights in Viet Nam " sponsored by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Ministry of Justice on December 22 held a workshop on assessing the situation of gender equality in the justice sector and developing the tools to integrate gender equality issues in the construction of legal documents.
Conference deploying the 2012 civil judgment enforcement tasks

General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement on December 21 organized a conference to deploy the 2012 civil judgment enforcement tasks. Minister Ha Hung Cuong, Deputy Ministers Nguyen Duc Chinh and Pham Quy Ty, representative from the Supreme People's Procuracy and other leaders of agencies under Ministry of Justice attended the Conference. From the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement’s side were General Director Nguyen Van Luyen, Deputy General Directors Nguyen Van Son and Hoang Sy Thanh, representatives from the local department of civil and military judgment enforcement as well as bailiff offices.

Central Steering Committee for corruption prevention and combat on December 20 had a working session with the Justice Ministry’s Party Commission to examine a preliminary review of the Resolution of the 3rd plenum (10th tenure) of the CPV Central Committee on enhancing the Committee Party's leadership for prevention and combat against corruption. Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh, member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Supreme People's Procuracy worked as head of the delegation.
