On 22 January 2015, Ha Noi People's Committee held the conference to review judicial implementations in 2014 and launch 2015 tasks. Mr. Ha Hung Cuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Justice and Mr. Nguyen The Thao, Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee attended and directed the Conference.
According to Mr. Pham Thanh Cao, Deputy Director of Ha Noi Department of Justice, in 2014, the tasks of Ha Noi's Justice sector have consistently linked to targets and tasks of socio-economic development of the Capital, and reached a range of positive results. Some typical tasks were the propagation and dissemination of the 2013 Constitution, and the implementation of the Law on the Capital City. In addition, the activities of drafting and examining legal normative documents have met the requirement of the Ha Noi People's Committee. Moreover, the inspection in the fields of judicial administration and judicial assistance has been promoted. Other newly-assigned tasks such as administrative procedure management and law implementation monitoring also initially implemented.
Evaluating the judicial implementations of Ha Noi in 2014, Mr. Nguyen The Thao, Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee emphasized that the Ha Noi's Justice sector, including civil judgment enforcement agency system has played an important role in the path of socio-economic development of Ha Noi. In 2015, Mr. Thao has urged the Ha Noi judiciary to stick closely on tasks and duties of Ha Noi, in order to contribute more in the growth of the Capital.
Addressing the Conference, Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong has urged the Hanoi People's Committee to direct the Ha Noi Justice sector, focusing on drafting and examining legal normative documents in combination with administrative procedure management, making comments and suggestions on draft of the Civil Code (amended), and proposing to amend and supplement legal documents guiding and detailing the Law on the Capital City, if necessary. The Hanoi People's Committee has also been asked for continuously implementing the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations, and preparing necessary condition to implement the Law on Civil Status. The Justice sector of Ha Noi must be a typical one nationwide, he emphasized./.
