Under the Decision No. 1668/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, the Agency on Examination of administrative procedures is official under the Ministry of Justice since November 19, 2012.
Addressing at the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc emphasized that the handover will help the agency in charge of controling the administrative procedures to work more efficiently as well as more clearly determine the role of state management in examining the administrative procedures. He also asked the Ministry of Justice to continue perfecting the tasks and functions of the Agency for examination of administrative procedures so that the Agency is able to fulfill the assigned tasks.
