On August 4, the delegation from Ministry of Justice led by Minister Ha Hung Cuong paid a working visit to Tay Ninh provincial Departments of Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement. Mr Le Minh Trong, Permanent Vice Secretary of Tay Ninh pronvincial Party Committee, attended the meeting.
Reporting to the delegation, two provincial Departments’ leaders highlighted notable activities, achievement as well as shortcomings, difficulties of these two agencies. Accordingly, the examination and monitoring of the legal normative documents and legal implementation, lawyers, judicial expertise, asset auctions.. have been well implemented in accordance with laws and regulations. The work of civil judgment enforcement has gained positve changes despite a great number of cases. However, the two agencies still faced with certain difficulties such as staff insufficiency, the slow settlement of denuciations and complaints…
The Minister acknowledged efforts of the two Departments and emphasized that although the provicial justice work showed positive changes, it needed to make more efforts in the coming time. He also asked the provicial leaders to pay more concerns to Government’s new documents (such as Decree No 59 on monitoring of legal implementation…) and support the work of legal aid …
On the same day, the delegation also worked with leaders of Tay Ninh provincial Party Committee, People’s Committee and relevant agencies on justice work.
