In two days from July 05 to 06, the Joint Task Group from the Ministries of Justice, Natural Resources and Environment led by Mr. Pham Tuan Ngoc, Deputy Director of National Registry of Secured Transactions Department, conducted the examination on registration of security transactions using land use rights and assets attached to land in Phu Tho Province.
The inspection team has worked with the provincial Departments of Justice, Natural Resources and Environment, State Bank’s branch in the province, representatives of the land use right registration Offices, notary organisations, the credit institution to grasp the situation of the state registration of security transactions using land use rights and assets attached to land in the province. The team also listened and answered a number of questions in order to remove difficulties and inadequacies in the practical application of the law on secured transactions and registration of security transactions. Thereafter, the delegation checked registering operations at the office of land use right registration in Phu Tho province, the Office land use right registration in Thanh Son and Viet Tri City.
At the end of the inspection, the delegation hosted a meeting to announce the preliminary notice. The inspection team also received some suggestions and recommendations on improving the legal registration of security transactions in order to meet practical requirements.
