Within the scope of cooperation between Ministry of Justice and Judicial Development and Grassroots Development Project (JUDGE Project) of the Canadian Government's International Development Agency (CIDA), the seminar commenting the draft law on grassroot conciliation was held on March 16 in Danang city. Deputy Minister Nguyen Thuy Hien, Deputy Head of compilation committee for law on grassroot conciliation, attended and chaired the seminar.
Attending the seminar were members of the compilation committee, editorial group for the draft law, leaders of Fartherland Front, departments of justice and departments of civil judgment enforcement, Lawyers association and Women’s unions of central provinces from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai.
The seminar created a chance for civil servants of Departments and sectors in central provinces to contribute opinions to the draft law on grassroot conciliation, helping the compilation committee collect more useful information and proposals to the draft law.
