On February 1, 2012 the Steering committee for reviewing the implementation of the1992 Constitution organized the conference to gather opinions on the Government’s draft report summarizing the implementation of the 1992 Constitution in Hanoi.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Head of the Steering committee for reviewing the implementation of the1992 Constitution, attended and delivering opening speech. Deputy Minister of Justice Hoang The Lien presented the major contents of the draft report. The conference also received various opinions from delegates.
Addressing at the conference, Minister of Justice Ha Hung Cuong, Deputy Head of the Steering committee for reviewing the implementation of the1992 Constitution, acknowledged the success of the conference and praised the efforts of relevant ministries, agencies, experts and scientists in discussing and commenting on draft report summarizing the Constitution's implementation.
The conference, together with the earlier conference in Ho Chi Minh city on January 31, helps to perfect the Government’s draft report which will be discussed and approved at its working session in January 2012 before submit to the Committee on drafting amendments to the 1992 Constitution./.-ITD
