Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc worked with Ministry of JusticeOn December 13, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister, Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform, paid a working visit to the Ministry of Justice.Attending the meeting were Ms. Le Thi Thu Ba -member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee for Judicial Reform- and representatives from the Government Office, the Committee Justice and Law Committee of the National Assembly, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Supreme People's Court, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Bar Association. From the Ministry of Justice, there were Minister Ha Hung Cuong,Deputy Ministers and leaders from agencies under Ministry of Justice.On behalf of the Ministry’s leaders, Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien has reported to the Deputy Prime Minister on the working results in the period 2007 - 2011 as well as orientations, tasks and major measurement for the period 2011- 2016 of Justice sector.Delivering speech at the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc appreciatedthe efforts and results achieved in recent years by the Ministry, which has contributed to raising legal awareness of the whole society, ensuring political, economic and social stability. He emphasized the key task of the Ministry in the coming time was to study, review, supplement and amend the 1992 Constitution.Addressing the meeting, Minister Ha Hung Cuong gave thanks for the concerns of the Party, Government’ s leaders and the Deputy Prime Minister himself to the justice sector. He added that the Ministry would make more efforts to fulfill the assigned duties and tasks in the period 2011-2016./.-ITD
