Ms Ta Thi Minh Ly- Director of Legal Aid Department presented a report briefly reviewing the five-year implementation of the legal aid law and its guiding documents.
Conference participants acknowledged the role of legal aid in the social life and results of the implementation of the legal aid law. They also proposed recommendations to improve the legal aid quality and activities in the whole country.
Addressing at the conference, Minister Ha Hung Cuong affirmed that legal aid was a major policy of the Party and State. He emphasized it really needs more powerful solutions to further improve the quality of legal aid, ensuring stability and sustainability of legal aid work...
