The Steering Committee of Program 585 first met in HanoiTo officially implement the interdisciplinary legal aid Program for enterprises in the period 2010-2014 (Program 585), on October 16, Ministry of Justice held the first meeting of the program Steering Committee.Attending the meeting were Deputy Minister of Justice Dinh Trung Tung, Deputy Minister of Finance Do Hoang Anh Tuan, Standing Deputy Minister of Trade and Commerce Le Danh Vinh and representatives of relating agencies. The meeting was aimed at presenting the Steering Committee and approving the management regulations, activities and action plan of Program 585.Program 585’s main objectives were: integratedly implementing the legal aid activities for enterprises and creating the basic changes to enterprises’ legal awareness and consciousness as well as their habits of legal abidance; forming the necessary conditions serving the legal implementation which helped enterprises do effective business, avoid legal risks and strengthen the competitive capabilities; contributing to the state management by laws to enterprises. The program was deployed in the whole country, focusing on 7 selected locality; the deploying time was from 2010 to 2014, with orientation to 2020; the total capital for the program was VND 190 billion.While delivering opening speech, Deputy Minister Dinh Trung Tung- Chairman of the Program’s Steering Committee- expressed his hope that the concerned apparatus and enterprises would actively cooperate and propose opinions to help the program be effective and successful./.-ITD
