Ministry of Justice issued the criteria table ranking the local Departments of Justice in 2010To serve the task of emulation and commendation in 2010, the local Departments of Justice have to evaluate and rank themselves based on the ranking criteria table, which was signed by Minister of Justice and promulgated together with the Decision No 2448/ QD-BTP on 22 September 2010. This is a new point in the work of emulation and commendation of the Justice Sector in 2010.The local Departments of Justice have to evaluate and rank themselves based on nine tasks with the total mark of 200 points.After considering the working results in one year (from 01/10/2009 to 30/10/2010), the local Departments of Jutice will evaluate and rank themselves corresponding to their marks as follow:- Grade A (excellent): ranging from 180 to 200 points- Grade B (good): ranging from 150 to 179 points- Grade C (adequate): ranging from 100 to 149 points- Grade D (weak): under 100 pointsThe ranking criteria table will help the local Departments of Justice evaluate themselves and be used as a foundation to honour the emulation titles. This activity aims to make the work of emulation and commendation more practical./.-ITD

To serve the task of emulation and commendation in 2010, the local Departments of Justice have to evaluate and rank themselves based on the ranking criteria table, which was signed by Minister of Justice and promulgated together with the Decision No 2448/ QD-BTP on 22 September 2010.
