On October 08, Justice Department of Thua Thien Hue province organized a capacity building training course for legal support staffs are working in the field of business. This course was attended by 100 students from the provincial departments, organizations were representing from commercial enterprise, bar associations and state enterprises.
Staff in charge of legal support for business has been experienced lecturers from the Faculty of law practice under Hue University, provincial Bar Association introduced and exchanged of business law regulations, commercial contracts and common situations to help businesses avoid legal risks, according to law enforcement. At the same time, this training course has focused on discussing the legal support for business solutions consolidates, strengthen human resources and coordination mechanisms among agencies and organizations in implementation of their tasks based on the work plan.
