At the conference, Mr. Minister briefly introduced the current socio-eco status of Vietnam, the outstanding achievements in legal building and judicial revolutionizing. He also informed that the Ministry have identified some primary missions during the period 2016-2020, which is the implementation of Law on promulgating legal normative documents, the depoylemt of new Laws, especially laws related to building environment for business investment; reducing administrative procedures; implementing the international commitments; improving the quality of human resource…
For the cooperative activities with Laos Minister of Justice in 2016, Minister of Justice Le Thanh Long proposed that both sides focus on enchancing the cooperation between provinces with the same borderlines; promoting the cooperation in sending students to stuty at Vietnamese Intermediate School of Law; solving the migration problem; supporting Laos in training human resource.
Agreeing with the Minister’s proposals, Laos Minister of Justice informed that Laos objectives is to bring the judicial service quality to the next level, focusing on reforming the structure. He also wanted Vietnam to support Laos in training judicial officers amd upgrading the civil enforment service…
Two Ministers also witnessed the Signing ceremony of the cooperative Memos between Vietnam Judicial Academy and Laos National Judicial Academy in 2016-2020.
Mr. Saysi Santivong also sat down with the Prime Minister, the Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly, the directors of the Supreme Civil Court and the Supreme People’s Procuracy.
