Minister Ha Hung Cuong visited and worked in Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Republic of Hungary and RomaniaOn July 08, the senior delegation of Vietnam Ministry of Justice led by Justice Minister Ha Hung Cuong flight to Luxembourg, began working visit to the three countries formally are Luxembourg, Hungary and Romania at the invitation of the Minister of Justice and Minister of Family and Integration of the Duchy of Luxembourg, first Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Administration and Justice of Republic of Hungary and the Justice Minister of Romania.The major purpose of Minister Ha Hung Cuong is deepen international cooperation on legal and judicial cooperation and active participation in daily life in trend of international integration of Vietnam comprehensive, in particular to strengthen cooperation with the Hungarian Justice Ministry, established new partnerships with the Ministry of Justice Luxembourg and Romania.It is expected at time of Minister Ha Hung Cuong‘s working visitto Luxembourg, bothsides will continue to discuss the possibility of cooperation in the field of law and justice and international adoption. Minister Ha Hung Cuong will witness the Central Authority for adoption of the two countries signed a memorandum of understanding on the application of administrative procedures in the field of international adoption.Minister Ha Hung Cuong visit and work in Hungary Hungary to strengthen good relations between the two sides, and exchange experiences in the field that Hungary has advantages such as constitutional reform and a system of judicial, administrative control procedures, modernizing operations judicial administration. Expected two ministers will sign the 2013-2014Annual Work Programme.In Romania, this working visit is an opportunity for Vietnam Ministry of Justice to resume cooperation with the legislation of the countries in Central Europe, with growing conditions and similar legislation with Vietnam. On the occasion of this visit, both sides will sign a Memorandum of Cooperation between JusticeMinistryesand it is expected to discuss issues related to the improvement of the legal system, the organization and operation of the court system, the training of judicial officials.
