Ambassador John Nielsen affirmed that Danish Government highly appreciated the bilateral relations with Vietnam, especially in the legal and judicial field. In the coming time, the two Governments will sign the Agreement on comprehensive partnership and cooperation to further promote the relation. He expected that the legal and judicial matters would be included in the Agreement to create the legal frame for future cooperation.
Agreeing with the Ambassador, Minister Ha Hung Cuong expressed his hope that the cooperation between two countries would be more fruitful. He emphasized that Ministry of Justice would actively participate in the perfection of the Agreement on comprehensive partnership and cooperation.
Two sides also discussed matters relating to building the data base on residents, draft Law on civil status.
