On November 01, Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien received Mr Motoo Noguchi, Director of International Cooperation under Japanese Ministry of Justice.
At the meeting, the Deputy Minister congratulated Mr Noguchi on being newly appointed as Director of International Cooperation. He expressed the hope that in the new position, Mr Noguchi will have further contributions to the legal and judicial cooperation between the two countries.
The legal cooperation between Vietnam and Japan, with lots of effective measures, has resulted in considerable cooperative contributions to Vietnam’s legal and judicial reform. Deputy Minister Hoang The Lien hoped that two sides will continue to promote and expand the cooperation in the new fields.
Agreed with the Deputy Minister, Mr Noguchi also shared his opinions on the specific cooperation activities in the coming time.
Two sides then discussed a number of activities between two Ministries of Justice towards the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan (1973-2013).
