Vietnamese survey and law enforcement practices law on state compensation delegation visit to Japan
In the framework of the project " Legal and Judicial System Reform- Phase 2" funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), from September 05 to 13, the Ministry of Justice sent a survey and law enforcement practices law on state compensation delegation to Japan. The delegation included 8-member led by Deputy Minister Pham Quy Ty.

Through the survey work, specific research, the delegation was to capture the legislative process, law enforcement practices and institutions related to the operation of the compensation mechanism of Japan; role of the Ministry of Justice, the Court in Japan in the adjudication of disputes over compensation for the state and the legal typical case of the Supreme Court for state compensation.

On September 12, Attending at the meeting to summarize and evaluate the results, Deputy Minister Pham Quy Ty gave thank for JICA organized a study tour and learning very practical and useful. He also appreciated the content, the survey program as well as the organization and administration of the relevant agencies of Japan in support of the delegation. The results obtained from this survey will be studied and applied, for the improvement of the state compensation law of Vietnam in coming time.
