Minister Ha Hung Cuong to participate the senior delegation in the visit to Japan
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Minister Ha Hung Cuong and other officials in the Vietnamese delegation on July 04 had a courtesy meeting with the Minister of Justice of Japan, Makoto Taki.

At the meeting, the Deputy Minister highly appreciated the cooperation between two countries in the legal and judicial fields over the past two decades, contributing to build the strategic partnership. He added that Vietnam would also like the judicial agencies from both countries to step up co-operation on judicial assistance in civil, commercial and criminal affairs, due to the rising level of civil and commercial transactions between the two countries.

Taki Makoto expressed his pleasure at the recent rapid, in-depth development in Vietnam and Japan’s strategic partnership.

Minister Ha Hung Cuong expressed his desire and willingness of Vietnam to continue the  mutual cooperation in the legal and judicial fields. Two sides also discussed related contents to deepen the relationship. On this occasion, Minister Ha Hung Cuong invited Minister Makoto to visit Vietnam in the coming time.

On this occasion, Minister Ha Hung Cuong had a meeting with Senator Hiraoka, former Minister of Justice. Senator Hiraoka appreciated the initial results in implementing technical assistance project for legal and judicial system reform and expressed his confidence that cooperation between the two ministries of Justice would be further developed

The Minister also attend the meeting with Chief Justice of Japan Supreme’s Court and paid a working visit to Aichi province.
