Deputy Minister Le Hong Son on May 07 received the delegation from the Law School of Nottingham University, UK led by the Principal, Professor Andrea Nollent, on the occasion of their working visit to Vietnam.
At the meeting, Professor Andrea Nollent gave thanks to the Deputy Minister’s warm welcome and said that the delegation‘s visit aimed at searching the cooperation opportunities in lawyer training to serve Vietnam’s international integration.
Welcoming the principal and her delegation to visit Vietnam and the Ministry of Justice, Deputy Minister Le Hong Son affirmed that Vietnam paid much attention to high - quality lawyers training to serve its economic development and international integration. The Ministry of Justice supported and encouraged the participation of foreign partners in coordination with Vietnam in order to improve the quality of legal staff in general and the lawyers in particular.
The Deputy Minister highly appreciated the Nottingham Law School delegation to work with the Ministry of Justice and believed that it was an opportunity for both sides to evaluate and understand the possibility of cooperation before next steps.
